Keep Consulting Group Pty Limited (Soulidify) is Looking for: As an Administrative Assistant , you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of both Soulidify.com.au and Career365.com.au. Your responsibilities will span across various administrative, technical, and creative tasks, requiring a blend of skills in web management, candidate sourcing, and digital marketing tools. You will be the backbone of day-to-day operations, ensuring our participants and clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participant Management: Register participants on Career365.com.au, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize to identify and source potential candidates for Soulidify.com.au, leveraging clever identification strategies to target our market effectively.
  • Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the Soulidify.com.au and Career365.com.au websites on WordPress, ensuring content is current, and the user experience is optimized.
  • Digital Tools Proficiency: Utilize digital marketing and management tools such as Canva for graphic design, Missinglettr for social media automation, various SEO tools to enhance online presence, Zoho CRM for customer relationship management, and Active Campaign for email marketing and automation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Assistant to ensure all matters requiring attention are promptly addressed, fostering a cohesive online presence and brand messaging.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to take on various tasks as they arise, contributing to the team's needs and supporting the brands' growth.

This Role Requires:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably with a background in digital marketing or website management.
  • Familiarity with Wordpress for website maintenance and updates.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva, Missinglettr, SEO tools, Zoho CRM, and Active Campaign.
  • Ability to source and identify target candidates using platforms like Clay.com.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and external contacts.
  • A proactive and reliable team player with a track record of taking initiative and working independently when needed.
  • 100 percent authentic and honest
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A few years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating growth and responsibility.
