Urgently required Sales Coordinator at Thane

A reputed company in the field of transportation and warehousing is looking for suitable candidates for its operation based out of Thane office as a part of its expansion plan. Sales Coordinator
1 Attend contract RFQs (Online / Offline) as per deadline and submit the rates by effectively co-ordinating with pricing team.
2 Attend daily freight enquries (Online / Offline) and submit quote to the customers on time.
3 Enquiry tracker is maintained and analysed to evaluate enquiry to order relaisation ratio
4 Co-ordinate with traffic and ensure all the indented vehicles for the day are placed as per schedule.
5 Address customer concerns/complaints from time to time so as to see the business is not impacted
6 Visit every customers once in a month and ensure customer relationship is achieved and there by customer retention
7 Speak to the traffic team, and if required with customer, and correct if any discrepancy in the order
8 Maintain the customer master and contract master and update as and when required
All the MIS reports - daily, weekly and monthly needs to be prepared

Candidate Profile
Educational qualification - Any Graduate

Salary - 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA
Experience - 6 to 7 years of experience in transportation industry in Sales / Sales Co-ordination.
Skills required - Very good communication Skill, Good knowledge of operating ERP/Software systems and MS Excel knowledge.
