Job Description

  1. Product support for various workshop Test & Service Equipment
  2. Develop Service Concept and ensure field serviceability.
  3. Oversee field service operations to ensure high quality repair and customer satisfaction.
  4. Regularly review Managed Service Provider performance and ensure necessary actions in place to augment Service Levels.
  5. Develop Training content for each product category and deliver the training to field team.
  6. Envision and Implement Value Added Service Plans for the target customers. 
  7. Formulate Service Pricing for Equipment Installation and after sales support.
  8. Continuously evaluate and define process and procedure to due reduce operation cost and augment aftersales efficiency.
  9. Explore new market, products and bring new service portfolio to drive service business growth

Additional Information

Skill & Competencies

  1. Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
  2. In-depth Knowledge on Pneumatic, hydraulics, electromechanical and digital systems
  3. Excellent technical knowledge of Automatic and Semi Automatic Machines, Automotive Workshop Test Equipments,
  4. Strong interpersonal Skill and ability to coach / manage functional agents to ensure deliverables.
  5. Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  6. Must have excellent market insight and connect
  7. Basic level skill set on mobile applications, workshop management software solutions, Flair for Digital Technology
  8. Good knowledge in aftersales process and automotive workshop business
  9. Willing to travel and passion to explore new service business concepts
  10. Knowledge on MS office and SAP
