IT Staff Specialist for operative Supplier Management (f/m/div)

Job description
In your new role you will:
- Manage and organize the daily operational and administrative tasks involved in operating Web Ecosystem IT solutions in collaboration with external suppliers.
- Checking service invoices based on license terms and tracking, as well as planning the necessary service capacities.
- Support at contract and SLA negotiations together with internal and external experts by preparing operational reports based on relevant data from ITSM- and SysAdmin tools.
- Manage technical user accounts for IT systems users and keep track on other necessary operational information for external consultants.
- First point of contact for onboarding, offboarding and daily standard requests from external consultants (badges, work materials, etc.).
- Keep an eye on incidents and functional escalations and notify the subject matter experts in case of
- a possible deadline delay or threshold violation.
- Team up with the staff specialists for technical operation and application and service owners.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Information, Computer Science or Data Science, experience in Sales & Marketing environment would be a plus
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, at least 2 years’ experience in Enterprise Level Web Content Management Solutions, Content Delivery Networks (CDN), Online Marketing, Web Analytics or other Cloud Services
- Technical expertise and work experience with the operational and administrative tasks involved in operating Web Ecosystem IT solutions in collaboration with external suppliers.
- Work experience in ITSM operations and Service Management based on ITIL and/or other relevant IT best practices.
- Preferable experience with Analytics and Data Integration Solutions like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and business intelligence solutions as well as with Microsoft Dynamics, Hotjar, Adobe Experience Cloud
- Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional global teams
- Fluent English language skills, basic German language skills would be a plus
