Role: Operation Manager / Assistant Operations Manager
Salary: 2,70,000 to 5,50,000 Indian Rupees
Experience: 2 - 10 years
Location: Mumbai, Mumbai City, Thane
Job Description - - Handling disbursal of HL and LAP credit files.
- Checking quality of Credit file as per the company norms and as per legal parameter, KYC, Income documents, Property documents, Credit documents, Loan agreement kit.
- Handling File Booking author on System.
- Handling CKYC on system.
- Handling Front end as well Backend Operations for Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan states.
- Looking after all the Operational activities from Operation Login up to Closure of Loan.
- Sending Instructions to Account team for Disbursal Cheque printing and Dispatching disbursal cheque's to respective Locations.
- Preparing list of document by verifying original property papers and sending them to customer along with Welcome letter, Repayment schedule and Loan Kit.
- Responsible for Uploading Disbursal cases on CERSAI Portal with TAT ( before 30 days from date of disbursal)
- Responsible for sending and tracking Disbursed file and property document to Safe House.
- Responsible for Customer EMI Cheque Presentation on respective Due dates and tracking for clearance against the same along with updating the Cheque deposition entries and clearance entries on system.
- Coordinating with Account team on their daily reconciliation.
- Looking after activities Like Cancellation of Loan, Refunds if any, Closure of Loan on system.
- Responsible for NACH registration on time.
- Preparing management MIS's Like Disbursal MIS, File Status MIS.
- Preparing data for Refinancing against portfolio.
- Preparing Monthly NHB reports.
