Description

Our Chat Customer Service Representatives are experts in the travel and leisure industry, helping consumers globally to take the vacations of their dreams. In this role you will leverage your love of travel to deliver outstanding customer service to our members and reach the team's monthly goals. This role is great for anyone skilled in inbound or outbound sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with understanding program benefits and consult them on product inquiries
  • Resolve questions and be able to process all travel inquiries
  • Assist members with schedule changes, reinstate cancelled bookings; and overall troubleshooting for any irregular case.
  • Able to understand and demonstrate consultative selling techniques
  • Personally, responsible for meeting monthly individual goals
  • Become anarriviabrand expert to assist members
  • Manage member information confidentially and accurately to ensure transactions are processed correctly
  • Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals

Compensation: Salary and Commissions

  • Monthly Salary ₹30,000
  • Monthly commissions ₹30,000

Requirements

  • Travel, Tourism and Hospitality experience required
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • 2 years of chat experience
  • Excellent communication with fluency in English
  • Experience servicing a United States customer base
  • Travel and Tourism experience preferred
  • Able to learn new process quickly and adaptable to change
  • Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound member calls
  • Must be willing to work on an American schedule (between 7:30pm-7:30am)
