Job Description:
We are actively seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Sales team. This role involves creating and expanding our client portfolio through proactive business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for new business development by diligently following up on leads and conducting in-depth research on target clients.
- Generate new business by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
- Develop compelling pitches to engage and win prospective clients.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in Sales.
- Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E with MBA (Marketing).
- Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred.
- Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect and interact with potential customers.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management.
- Demonstrated persuasiveness, systematic approach, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident communication with clients.
- Strong analytical and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings.
- Commitment to a long-term association with the company.
