Job Responsibilities
Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them. Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment) Sales experience will be an added advantage Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail. Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data). Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing). Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts. Follow up with patients at all stages. Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient. Working Days: 8 hours of 6 days work week (Rotational) Work Location: Powai (Should be comfortable with 2 more clinics in Mumbai) Shift Timings: 8 hours between 7 AM and 9 PM (should be flexible with all three shifts i.e. 7AM-3PM, 10PM-6PM & 1PM-9PMJob tags
