Required Agency Experience - 3 Years & Above
- Understand the client's marketing briefs & objectives and frame a content plan to distribute across all social media platforms.
- Write ideas for social media content, visualise & coordinate with designer & in-house team to get the designs done.
- Should have a basic knowledge of different paid advertising platforms and how they function, types of campaigns available to holistically plan a social media campaign.
- Should work closely with the writers & performance marketers to ensure client's marketing expectations and deliverables are met on time without a dip in quality.
- Should handle up to 7 different clients from multiple industries/domains and have a strong platform knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube.
- Should actively research on trending social media topics, discover market trends and come up with innovations and creative content/visual ideas to help clients dominate the industry.
- Should have a strong passion for writing & social media. Should explore multiple content formats & writing styles to keep the creativity going.
- To coordinate with the clients on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for all communications needed for the allocated brands.
- Should be able to adapt/transform for different work quantities & have a strong vision of working & contributing in a startup environment where you're expected to push your boundaries every single day and set new benchmarks.
- Should have strong accountability and hold responsibilities for the assigned brands & works.
- Should generate solid monthly reports for the handled clients & come up with creative/strategic suggestions to improve the brand's performance through social media.
- Should have a self learning attitude, problem solving thinking & transparent behaviour within the team.
