COP:

• Receipt of customer orders and order processing in SAP (PAM) and Ensuring order are flown to all prep arts as per BOM(Bill of materials)
• Consolidating the requirements of various customers, accordingly planning production activities.
• Forecasting Production quantities as per customer plan
• Customer Order variation analysis and communication / coordination with Customers / stakeholders for minimizing the impact.
• Making sure that all customer information and records are up to date
• Follow up with production and procurement to meet the customer requirement
• Work with customers andsupplychainteamsto improve forecast accuracy.
• Inventory management Avoidance of nonmoving and planning as per set inventory targets
• Plan the production line based on customer request, line capacity, and material availability and in accordance with levelling stds.
• KPI monitoring ( Plan vs Actual, Fulfillment ,EOP, Fluctuation analysis, Left over parts planning)
• Monitoring and sustaince of levelling KPI's including levelling Board mgmt.
• Ensuring Kanban Mgmt as per production plan.
• Coordinating for maintaining super market stocks.
• Co-ordinate for customer interface activities.
• Co-ordination with CFT for ECR implementation.
• Coordination with Warehouse post DO release for ensuring shipments in time

PPC:

. Production planning and scheduling following ProCon tool.
. Genrating the Levelling plan and material check for the plan with Procurement team on daily,weekly and monthly basis for coverage.
. Creation of a levelling pattern (production planning) on a weekly basis and subsequent derivation of the number of kanbans in the control cycle from the levelling pattern for the consumption-controlled construction stages with high consumption
. Separate production planning and control for C parts using backward scheduling based on requirements
. Permanent tracking of deliveries in coordination with production - if needed system based
. Coordination of deviations in cooperation with production, procurement and product planning
. Participation in material flow production projects
. Master data maintenance
. Definition of kanban control cycles, supermarkets (work in progress) and leveling pattern
. Apply inventory management processes, in particular:
o Monitoring of inventory development
o Reduction of excess and blocked stocks
o Tracking of stocks with maximum storage time.
Co rodination with Valve stream,MFC and Tef team to resolve for capacity and other bottle necks.
. Apply bottleneck management processes as required, in particular
o Early warning system
o Visualization of bottleneck parts
o Escalation processes in logistics and purchasing
o backlog tracking

Qualifications

BE In Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial Enginnering
