Job description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to drive delivery management across the geography and improve delivery by providing innovative solutions through automation and next generation technologies to enhance customer satisfaction and lead profitable growth.
Key Attributes for this role:
- Delivery Management
- Ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders to ensure fulfilment, technology support and flawless delivery of projects
- Interact with country/SMU leadership to drive delivery strategy and priorities across the geography
- Review and finalize the key account/ project delivery structure by evaluating the budget, costs, risks and staffing requirement
- Monitor, review and take appropriate action on internal and external audit findings to ensure no major non-compliance/ deviation from the SLA
- Monitor and review account/ project health by conducting periodic cadence with the quality team to take proactive measures to resolves issues/ possible escalations
- Periodic cadence with Workforce Management Group (WMG) to ensure 100% fulfilment as per the account/ project requirement
- Custodian of project/ account contracts and Master Service Agreement (MSA) & Statement of Work (SOW) finalization
- Ensure 100% compliance to Project SLA’s, information security protocols etc (all customer’s contractual obligations)
- Drive profitability of accounts in SMU as per plan
- Client Relationship Management (under heading 1, this is another level 1)
- Drive service portfolio of the vertical and create strong value proposition for clients across the value chain
- Conduct regular customer connects to understand customer’s current and future needs and seek feedback to improve delivery methodology/ timelines/ resource allocation
- Partner with the clients to drive delivery transformation to adapt to new delivery models and instil new ways of working in customer organization
- Share Wipro’s capability and initiatives that may support/ fulfil customer’s needs
- Delivery governance across the accounts/ projects
- Establish, review and update MIS and reports to monitor and track overall project/ account delivery management
- Conduct periodic reviews with the team (ADH’s/ DM’s/ Quality/ HR/ WMG) on operational, quality and fulfillment parameters
- Manage complex project escalations, potential risks or early warning signs on project delivery to eliminate any revenue leakage
- Review and monitor revenue allocations/ realization to avoid OB revenxue leakage
- Participate and provide a snapshot on overall delivery performance parameters (project heath, utilization, realization etc) at a vertical level during BU/ functional reviews highlighting any critical project escalations, potential risks
- Enable revenue growth
- Create and deploy delivery strategy of the vertical with BU leadership team and key internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for deployment of new technology, growth solutions and services across the vertical by bringing SL practices/ other capabilities for client suctioning
- Engage with current customers to identify business opportunities by providing relevant solutions in order to increase delivery driven revenue/ organic growth
- Support sales team with acquisition and traction of new deals by understanding the customer needs and providing support in developing solutions

- Own and drive automation charter and related initiatives across the vertical
- Develop, drive and deploy automation led solutions and service improvements to deliver value added services to the customers thereby driving customer’s business forward
- Deploy next generation hyper automation and crowdsourcing initiatives in coordination with Holmes RO team to enhance productivity, quality and speed of delivery
- Innovation Focus
- Deploy new ways of working (Agile, DevOps etc) on the projects to improve quality, delivery speed and productivity parameters
- Build a business case and deploy IP driven solutions at a customer end along with the CTO and solution architects
- Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation
- Demand forecasting in line with business requirements
- Spearhead quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning aligned to requirements of the different accounts/ projects
- Create and deploy a workplan to fulfil the required demand from all the talent channels including external (lateral, contractors etc) hiring in coordination with WMG/ CWMG and Talent Acquisition team
- Lead upskilling initiatives across the SMU
- Prioritize and identify essential skills required across accounts/ projects to facilitate and drive right supply chain across the vertical
- Partner with competency group and talent transformation team to drive upskilling initiatives within a vertical
- Support workforce transformation team to identify and deploy multi-skilling upgradation model for all employees
- Drive towards 100% mandatory training compliance for the target population within a vertical
- Fresher engagement programme
- Ensure a stable arrangement and assimilation of rookie within a vertical in coordination with competency group team (classroom trainings/ e-learning, certifications, on the job training etc)

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Delivery Head in Data Analytics or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of Data , data management concepts, data integration, data warehousing, and reporting/analytics tools .
-Experience with leading and delivering data projects using technologies such as SQL, ETL tools, data visualization tools, and cloud platforms.
-Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering data and analytics projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
