About the role - We are looking for an RFP Proposal Consultant at Eightfold that will help in effectively articulating the value of the world's first Talent Intelligence platform. Being a pioneer in the field of Talent Intelligence, Eightfold's ever-expanding customer base includes some of the biggest enterprise customers cutting across diverse fields.At Eightfold, you will partner with our world-class sales team to win prestigious logos globally - by writing winning proposals. This position is an excellent opportunity to work on an AI SaaS product at a globally recognized tech startup (CNBCandForbeslink).
Responsibilities - Writing high-quality and winning responses for the RFP/RFIs and supporting the Sales team.
- Creating and managing a full project schedule for On-time delivery of RFX, and cloud-based security questionnaires/privacy questionnaires/due diligence responses. Technical Functional and Non-functional RFP response by understanding the Product features, integrations, and new development as part of the agile Product company.
- Understanding client pain points, and challenges, to articulate product solutions.
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives/Sales team, Sales Engineering, Compliance, Professional services, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate and develop persuasive proposal content with consistent and compelling messages
- Assist with Supplier/Vendor onboarding process such as filling up Supplier/Vendor registration forms or online portals.
- Managing Bids (RFP, RFQ, RFI). Develop the corporate standard for our RFP responses by creating professionally formatted RFP submissions.
- Coordinate with the Account Executive for timely submission of the RFP to the customer.
- Maintain RFP database Library (maintained in RFPIO) and proposal library, which includes: logging new question/answer pairings, editing responses for grammar, content, and relevance with new development, and improving synonyms/search words.
Primary Skills - Minimum 2 years of experience writing RFP / sales bid responses (RFP, RFQ, RFI) or 4 years of related Technical writing experience or Pre-Sales experience is desired.
- Software Enterprises industry and/or IT knowledge required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and business communication skills.
- Independent learner and self-starter
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Required Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree, preferably computer science and experience in the SaaS Product industry required
- Up to 4 to 6 years experience in proposal or professional writing along with experience with Web applications preferred
- Strong English communication skills
