Job description
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping.
- Process applicants through a funnel of screening.
- Report recruiting activities on a timely basis.
- Provide stellar candidate experience. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our Clients Recruitment process.
- Maintain a proactive approach in seeking feedback from candidates to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.
- Assist and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including, screening, interviewing, and feedback.
- To ensure the internal dashboard is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding.
- Efficient data uploading: Proficient in handling data uploading tasks with precision and accuracy, ensuring seamless flow of information and maintaining data integrity.
- Meticulous tracker maintenance: Diligently maintain trackers, keeping them up-to-date and organized, enabling easy access and retrieval of essential information for efficient decision-making.
- Streamlined MIS operations: Expertly manage Management Information System (MIS) processes, ensuring smooth functioning, timely reporting, and comprehensive data analysis for informed business decisions.
What You'll Need:
- Pursuing Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
