Job description

Full Execution of the Recruitment Process

Identifying Sourcing Attracting& Recruiting prospective candidates using variety of channels

Job Postings on various channels

Develop a pool of qualified candidates as a backup

Sourcing the quality Cvs through various means (Job Portals/Linked in/References etc)

Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates

Send the details to the candidates

Maintaining MIS on Daily/Weekly & Monthly Basis

Sending MIS to the Reporting Manager on Weekly & Monthly Basis

A bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales. Experience in management may be advantageous. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Strong anarchically, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
