Role Description

This is a full-time executive human resources role located in Kanyakumari Thiruvattar. The Executive Human Resources will oversee daily HR operations, manage recruitment and retention programs, and design and deliver HR policies and processes. Additionally, the Executive Human Resources will develop employee engagement strategies, provide guidance on legal compliance, and collaborate with senior leadership to align HR goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR management, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and retention, policy development and compliance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain positive relationships with diverse team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 6-8 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in manufacturing or food processing industry preferred added advantages
• Should take care factory compliances.
