US IT Recruiter
Qualification : Any graduate
Experience : 1 to 5 years (Mini.1 year of recruitment exp. is must) Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015 (Work from Office ONLY) Salary : Negotiable
Office Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 1-3 years experience in US IT Recruitment (End to End)
- Proven and Demonstrative experience of successfully sourcing multiple candidates each month.
- Working in US Time Zones o Expert level fluency in English for Verbal and Written Communication with Global clients.
- Demonstrated success in in permanent hire recruiting, with a deep understanding of the full life-cycle of recruitment and behavioral interviewing techniques within a recruitment agency or in-house environment
- Blend of in-house recruiting experience and agency experience strongly desired. o Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Social recruiting experience is strongly desired.
- Confidence to influence and negotiate with hiring managers, candidates and agencies
- Ability to interact with all levels within an organization up to senior leadership o Experience in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal o Comfortable operating with a customer centric mindset and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to learn quickly and deal with competing activities/tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure
