What will you bring to Koko
- KEY RESPONCIBILITY
- Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution
- Controlling and improving the MTTR & MTBF matrix for plant machineries and equipment's
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Provide the crucial input to management on selection of machines, equipment's and spares procurement
- Create and document the SOPs/WI for Maintenance department as per ISO requirements
- Meet the statutory compliance requirements for Powder coating, waste treatment, RO plant, ETP,STP, Chiller plants
- Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution
- Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
- Monitor equipment critical spare parts inventory and raise PR when necessary
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Maintain maintenance logs and reports on daily activities
- Setting and maintaining departmental budget
- Managing and maintaining Critical spare parts inventory
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with (OHSAS)
