What will you bring to Koko

  • KEY RESPONCIBILITY
  • Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution
  • Controlling and improving the MTTR & MTBF matrix for plant machineries and equipment's
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Provide the crucial input to management on selection of machines, equipment's and spares procurement
  • Create and document the SOPs/WI for Maintenance department as per ISO requirements
  • Meet the statutory compliance requirements for Powder coating, waste treatment, RO plant, ETP,STP, Chiller plants
  • Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution
  • Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
  • Monitor equipment critical spare parts inventory and raise PR when necessary
  • Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Maintain maintenance logs and reports on daily activities
  • Setting and maintaining departmental budget
  • Managing and maintaining Critical spare parts inventory
  • Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
  • Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with (OHSAS)
