Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Description for Sales Development Representative: (Night Shift: UK Timings - 7.30pm to 4am) .

Qualifications and Skills -

· 2+ years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of IT and high-tech products/services is preferred

· A passion for Training & Certification and Technology

· Should have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales via outbound calling, inbound leads, prosecting via social media channels and email.

· Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills

· Should be able to articulate the value of a Training and Certification to Customers

· Passionate about sales development and building customer relationships

· Effectively use software packages and tools such as MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRMs
