Experience Level ¿ 8+ years (preferred) Skills and Qualifications: ¿ Required : Knowledge and experience on Salesforce Deployment tools like Azure DevOps / GitHub / SmartGIT / VSCode and Copado Implementation. ¿ Required: Knowledge and experience in designing and document Release process, Branching strategy, Roll back Strategy, Feature releases ¿ Knowledge and experience working on Notion, Azure wiki pages and Microsoft teams ¿ Knowledge and experience working on Service Now tool for Change creation. ¿ Understand existing Salesforce.com instances and provision for necessary housekeeping ¿ Track and maintain day to day tasks thru Azure DevOps application for self and other teams ¿ Work with various team to receive the pull request and enable code validation and deployment to upstream environments ¿ Work with Tech lead/ Developer(s) to properly resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors and meet code coverage criteria ¿ Conduct weekly call with development team and scrum team and plan the release activities ¿ Create Weekly and Monthly Release status report, Identify and conduct process improvement sessions to teams as needed. ¿ Monitor & relay info. on Production certificates expiration, Salesforce critical updates on 60 ¿ 90 days cadence & installation/ upgrade to approved AppExchange Products to ensure application is secure & always perform at optimum level. ¿ Facilitate Release activities calendar for Salesforce.com platform. Manage & track Instance refreshes planned for the Current Year ¿ Assist in activities like Patch installation/upgrade, Sandbox Creation, Code Merge in Feature Branch ¿ Follow release related best practices for branching, version control and conflict management Excellent communication
