Role and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager your main responsibility will be to build and manage a distribution enterprise. You will be in charge of recruiting and managing a team of leaders and agents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Exceeding recruitment targets for new agency leaders and agent enrollments
- Developing successful leaders to enhance the quantity and quality of recruitment
- Creating a support platform for financial executives agency associates and agents to facilitate recruitment
- Enhancing the Annualized First Year Premium (AFYP) and number of cases by the unit
- Focusing on potential EC MDRT CEO council agents through the complete unit
- Ensuring compliance with IRDA guidelines for agents agency associates agency associates unit and agency leader unit
- Monitoring competition at the regional level and executing growth plans for the agency
- Identifying interviewing and selecting new leaders from the market and networking
- Conducting weekly performance review and planning for the team
- Handholding developing and supervising financial executives agency associates and agents to meet growth targets
Candidate Qualifications: To qualify for this role you should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline MBA will be an added advantage
- Age: Up to 40 years
