A Graphic Designer at Roodland is responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics and layouts for a wide range of materials including websites, advertising, marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, and more. They work closely with the marketing and advertising teams to create effective and compelling designs that communicate the company's message and branding to its target audience.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous unique design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
• Implement video production best practices, including lighting, sound, and camera work.
• Ensure timely delivery of polished and visually appealing video content.

Content Ideation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative ideas for video content that resonates with our target audience.
• Contribute innovative concepts for visual storytelling in line with brand messaging.

Social Media Presence:

• Enhance our social media presence by creating visually appealing and shareable video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt content to engage with the target audience effectively.

Event Coverage:

• Capture and document company events, product launches, and other relevant activities to share with our audience.
• Provide compelling event coverage through video content that aligns with our brand identity.

Editing and Post-production:

• Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring high-quality and polished final products.
• Utilize skills in video colour grading and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually stunning graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets that convey our brand message effectively.
• Ensure consistency in design across different channels and materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design for an agency.
• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, VN Editor, etc.
• Strong knowledge of video file formats, codecs, and resolutions.
• Proficiency in graphics design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience in creating engaging and effective visual content for both online and offline channels.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills, a proven portfolio showcasing illustrative design and digital marketing expertise, and experience with different design platforms. Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
