Job Summary: As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software systems, providing technical support to end-users, ensuring network security, and implementing IT policies. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities:
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and software.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network configurations.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's network.
• Provide end-user support, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Assist users in setting up and configuring new equipment and software.
• Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and updates to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Develop and implement backup strategies to safeguard critical data.
• Create and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
• Develop and update IT policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and support.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor software licenses, ensure compliance, and manage software renewals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend updates or improvements.
• Provide training sessions for end-users on IT best practices and software usage.
• Share technical knowledge with team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Branch Management
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary equipment for resources.
• Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation for branch staff, if required.
• Ensure maintaining and updating branch-specific documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and employee asset records.
• Assist in coordinating staff meetings, training sessions, and other team events.
• Petty cash management.
• Maintain and update IT asset and records.
