Attero is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries. The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. 8+ yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Partner Development Manager to lead our Partner Development Team in driving strategic growth initiatives through the identification, acquisition, and onboarding of key business partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and contributing to achieving long-term business objectives by driving revenue and fostering collaborative relationships. Responsibilities: Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify potential business partners based on strategic goals and market demands. Develop and implement a targeted approach for acquiring new partnerships. Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial partnerships. Ensure the successful onboarding of new partners, working closely with cross-functional teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, key industry players, decision-makers, and influencers. Revenue Generation & Planning: Drive revenue growth through effective management and expansion of partner relationships. Ensure efficient utilization of the production facility regularly. Set and achieve clear revenue targets tied to partnership initiatives. Work on partner business plans, incentives, and other support required by partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for business development. Provide insights and recommendations to the company based on market analysis and partnership opportunities. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts, ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and partners. Others: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and partnership activities. Provide regular updates to the company on progress and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements. Facilitate effective communication and information exchange across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in engineering will be preferred. Proven experience as a Partner Development Manager or in a similar role. Good negotiation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional networks. Results-driven with a track record of achieving business development targets.

Additional Requirements: Willing to travel extensively to meet potential partners and onboarded partners. Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
