Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GST Manager to join our team at Chandak Agarwal & Co. As a GST Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of GST compliance and managing related activities. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in GST management. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in GST management
- Strong knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with GST audits, assessments, and appeal procedures
- Proficiency in using GST software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in the export of goods and services
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of GST compliance for the company
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns
- Perform GST audits and prepare necessary documentation
- Handle GST assessments, appeals, and related matters
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and changes
- Review and improve internal GST processes and controls
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding GST matters
- Stay updated on industry developments and provide recommendations to management
- Resolve any GST-related issues or disputes
- Train and mentor junior staff on GST processes and regulations
