Design Conceptualization and Execution: Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that align with clients' needs and preferences. Execute designs efficiently and effectively to bring visions to life. 2. Project Management:Take ownership of projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with team members, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. 3. Regular Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with designers, contractors, and suppliers to address any issues, provide updates, and ensure project progress is on track. 4. Client Interactions: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the design process. Understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to oversee project progress, address any on-site challenges, and ensure designs are implemented according to specifications. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in design software and tools.
