Urgent hiring for DFT Engineer!!For leading Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.Total Experience : 5+ YearsAbout the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Design for Test (DFT) Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the testability and manufacturability of advanced integrated circuits, focusing on thorough post-silicon validation, efficient debugging, and advanced Design Compiler scripting (DCS) expertise. By collaborating closely with design and verification engineers, you will contribute significantly to high-quality product launches.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive post-silicon validation plans for complex digital designs.- Perform in-depth analysis of scan data to identify and diagnose manufacturing defects with precision.- Utilize advanced scan chain management techniques to ensure efficient test execution.- Craft and optimize Design Compiler scripts (DCS) for optimized scan insertion and test insertion strategies.- Conduct thorough scan diagnostics and failure analysis to pinpoint root causes of issues.- Collaborate effectively with design and verification engineers to troubleshoot and resolve test problems swiftly.- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in DFT methodologies and tools, continuously seeking improvement.- Provide active support during test chip bring-up and production test flow implementation.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a DFT Engineer.- Proven track record in post-silicon validation and debugging of complex integrated circuits.- In-depth expertise in Design Compiler scripting (DCS) and its capabilities.- Solid understanding of DFT concepts, methodologies, and best practices.- Experience with industry-standard DFT tools (e.g., TetraMAX, DFT Compiler) is essential.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues effectively.- Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration within the team.- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and demonstrate initiative.
