Job description
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver training courses on AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software programs
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of different departments and individuals
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, providing guidance and support to trainees
• Manage training schedules and ensure training sessions are delivered on time
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with the latest features and releases of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software
• Provide technical support to trainees, resolving any issues or questions they may have
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to continuously improve training
programs
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo trainer
• In-depth knowledge of engineering design principles and practices
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software programs
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learning styles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Certification in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software is a plus
