Media Operations Manager Type: Permanent Region: India Location: Mumbai (Goregaon) About the Role: As a Media Operations Manager, you'll lead local teams ensuring smooth Video Streaming Operations in a live setting. Your role involves coordinating with Project and Service Managers, applying technical know-how, and adapting to a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead local Media operations executive for Video Streaming Operations. Coordinate with Project and Service Managers for effective teamwork. Ensure daily operations meet client needs and quality standards. Provide Level-2 Tech Support during Live Production. Monitor applications and infrastructure for smooth operations. Participate as a Supervisor in Live Streaming when needed. Be available outside regular hours and handle urgent operational needs effectively. Participate in recruiting candidates with OTT/Live Operations experience. Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in Live Operations or similar roles within the Video Streaming industry. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work outside regular hours and handle operational requirements. Previous experience in OTT/Live Operations recruitment is a plus. Proactive approach to process improvement and adaptation to emerging technologies.
