Job Description Job Titl e – Senior Process Specialist - Writing The Purpose of This Role The position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing procedure documents and plan level content in the WI space (including DB, DC, H&W, FinOps, and SPS).
The Value You Deliver - Creating, developing and maintaining content across all WI plan level resources, operational procedures, reference documentation and training materials
- Transforming information into content by researching, analyzing, planning, designing, and writing content at the appropriate level to support consumer's area of responsibility
- Leveraging content styles and standards for each repository to promote consistency and work towards resolving issues of inconsistency
- Working towards to building deep domain and product knowledge
- Researching technical information, system processes, communications and training materials to ensure understanding of subject matter for assignments
- Engaging and collaborating with business partners and project managers throughout the writing and design process to provide expertise, clarify, and or/improve structure of content
- Managing multiple work queues and collaborating with peers to ensure execution to support deliverables within service levels, including intra-day deadlines
- Owning the work and adhering to escalation procedures to ensure timely execution of deliverable
- Owning to facilitate resolution of issues and items escalated by business partners and/or consumers
- Demonstrating eye for detail, understanding connections and impact content has on both internal and external customers

How Your Work Impacts the Organization The Workplace Investments (WI) writing team supports various business groups within Fidelity and is responsible for creating, editing, maintaining, and publishing procedure documents and plan level content (PLC). Participant services phone reps and the back office operations teams refer these documents to answer customer queries and process transactions respectively.
The Expertise We're Looking For - Formal education / Qualification – Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)/ BCA / BSc / BA
- Experience – 3-6 years
- Any experience working on the US Healthcare/Retirement industry would be an advantage
Location : Chennai
Shift timings : 1:00 p.m. - 10:00pm
