Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 8-14 years of professional experience in a B2B (business-to-business) environment, preferably in the IT domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and execution, with a particular emphasis on running successful PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager along with his team will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The candidate should have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics, and be able to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition in a B2B environment.
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising) to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA), using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to increase organic visibility, website traffic, and keyword rankings.
- Coordinate with the content team to develop compelling digital assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate funds effectively, and optimize spending based on performance data and business priorities.
- Keep abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital marketing, including data privacy and advertising guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are highly desirable.
- 8-14 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B environments, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing successful PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush), marketing automation software, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to tailor digital marketing initiatives to the target audience and buyer personas.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with web analytics, tracking pixels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a continuous improvement approach to digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
