Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience as an Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant, with hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing modules.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Discrete Manufacturing, Oracle Process Manufacturing, Oracle Quality Management, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and related modules.
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience leading Oracle Manufacturing implementation projects from conception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Oracle certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules (e.g., Oracle Manufacturing Cloud) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
