GOOD FLIPPIN' BURGERS® was launched in 2019 in Mumbai. The brand currently has a total of 30 outlets (and counting) across Mumbai and Delhi, supported by a team of over 400 + employees. In addition to its 20 stores in Mumbai, GFB has successfully extended its presence into Delhi/NCR with 10 premium outlets. It started with the simple aim of creating a haven for foodies that serves fresh delicious burgers that are priced just right. Since then, the burger chain has been Flippin' hearts from one customer to the next across all its outlets. More recently, the brand also launched an award-winning customer experience store in Malad (Evershine Nagar), introducing its new, revamped dine-in format. With a vision to become India's most loved burger brand, the brand will continue to increase its national presence across key cities in the country.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at GOOD FLIPPIN' BURGERS® located in Pune. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. They will be responsible for hiring and training new employees, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for managing the supply chain and inventory, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
