The Specialist, Talent Acquisition at Hikma Pharmaceuticals will hold a crucial position within the MENA Central team at our headquarters. This role is tailored for individuals with a wealth of experience and expertise in recruitment, with a specific emphasis on HCM knowledge, especially in the recruitment module.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Â
- Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment strategies tailored for the MENA Central team at our headquarters.
- Collaborate closely with department managers to craft comprehensive job descriptions and hiring criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Leverage extensive recruitment experience to identify and implement advanced and effective sourcing methods and strategies, considering industry standards and organizational needs.
- Lead and contribute to the job posting and advertisement processes, ensuring maximum visibility for roles.
- Utilize HCM expertise, especially within the recruitment module, to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
- Screen applications thoroughly, demonstrating a keen eye for identifying highly qualified candidates.
- Take the lead in scheduling and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, providing insights on salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other critical details.
- Actively participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions to attract top-tier talent.
- Oversee the complete onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, bringing a proactive and innovative approach to talent acquisition.

- In-depth familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient in HCM, with a specific emphasis on the recruitment module.
- Proficient in applicant-tracking software or other advanced recruitment systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
Â
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Â Specialized experience in HCM, especially the recruitment module, is highly preferred.
