Job description
Job Title: Senior Manager (Medical Devices Solution) - Healthcare
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Medical Devices Solution team at BrandSemi. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to propel the growth and success of our medical devices portfolio. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the medical devices portfolio, aligned with BrandSemis overall business objectives.
2. Product Development: Lead the development of new medical devices, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, and design, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the medical devices market.
4. Product Commercialization: Drive the commercialization process for new medical devices, from concept to launch, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all medical devices meet regulatory requirements and standards, working closely with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals.
6. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and opinion leaders to understand their needs and gather feedback on product performance.
7. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Medical Devices Solution team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
8. Performance Management: Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring progress and providing feedback to drive performance excellence.
9. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare management, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the medical devices industry, with a proven track record of success in product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including FDA regulations and ISO standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex market dynamics and develop innovative solutions to address customer needs.
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on quality and excellence.
