Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Must be at least a graduate or MBA and must have his/her two wheeler
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of FMCG industry, specifically in the coffee segment, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve targets
- Identify and prospect potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
