We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating business change and delivering high-quality solutions through your expertise in both business and technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment to define and deliver effective and innovative solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather their needs and requirements.
- Analyze and decompose complex requirements to identify potential gaps and challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to define and prioritize requirements.
- Agile Practices:
- Champion Agile methodologies within the project team, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Work closely with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Validate solutions against requirements to ensure quality and efficacy.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements, timelines, and constraints.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and team members to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices in business analysis and Agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the refinement of business processes and Agile practices within the organization.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, design decisions, and user guides.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with business process improvement and quality assurance.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
