Project: Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad.
Your Responsibilities Will Include - Providing the highest level of technical expertise, review and approval of the architectural design work within the Engineering Services Section; reviews work within area ofresponsibility for effectiveness, design, constructability, thoroughness, and adherence to technical standards, codes and architectural standards and procedures.
- Directing and providing technical guidance to resident architects.
- Providing architectural guidance and directions to evaluate and incorporate green building design features and sustainability practices.
- Ensuring development of cloud based system including BIM Modelling for all streams of the work.
- Being responsibility of Architectural and Services coordination's. Use of clash detection systems and necessary resolutions.
- Managing and decision maker for entire project and bring key concerns to the Client and related stakeholders of the project. Coordination for all statutory clearances.
- Acting promptly to resolve decisions in case of disputes arising out in finalizing project designs as per tender stipulations.
- Completing design coordination with Client, EPC Contractors, Third party reviewers and other related stakeholders.
About You You will have a degree qualification in architecture with a post-degree qualification in project construction planning or project management. You have the capability in dealing with multidisciplinary projects including coordination and interfacing with multiple stakeholders, fluency in local language(s), and knowledge of local culture. You are rated as highly capable and competent with very good experience of working in a local environment and knowledge of the language.
