Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Unified Cyber Security Platform for SMBs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Cyber Security landscape, a proven track record in product management, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that helps to disrupt the SMB space. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for UCSP, aligned with business goals and market trends. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement. Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to drive the end-to-end product development process. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development of go-to-market plans, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment on product vision and goals. Product Performance and Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making. Continuously analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to iterate and enhance product offerings. Regulatory and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices to ensure products meet necessary requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Cyber Security products. Deep understanding of Cyber Security concepts, threats, and technologies. Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, from ideation to launch. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML in the context of Cyber Security.Job tags
