Job description

1. Experience – Ideally familiar with medical records processing. This role makes follow up calls, obtains patient authorizations, processes demos, takes inbound calls, processes aged cases and provides exceptional customer support, so others with customer support experience could also be considered, even outside of the medical field.
2. Voice and accent – these team members interact with medical facilities and patients in the US, so it is very important they have experience in this area and are quite articulate, to be able to be understood by the patients and facilities.

3. Shift - Most employees work from 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST
