Job description

QMS Systems Coordinator Department for which this role is required Production Company/SBU for which this role is required Metal Fabrication-Mangal Industires Ltd Purpose of this Role Responsible for operating the QMS, EMS, OHSAS & Other External Customer related writing procedures and processes to support the development & implementation at shopfloor-production. All audits coordination from production department, guiding all sections to follow as per procedures. Grade Range of this Role as per Organization Charts SE2/SE1

Responsibilities of this role

1. Oversee effective implementation of the QMS, EMS, 5S, OHSAS & other external audits throughout the company, including any business accreditations.
2. Maintain the Required Manuals and Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
3. Analyse current and future procedural needs of the business
4. Organise and manage the production internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
5. Conduct Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors
6. Host external System audits
7. Coordinate the review of procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives
8. Plan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality procedures.
9. Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
10. Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system & Collate quality data for monitoring targets.
11. Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing).

MR presentation, updation of system required data
Maintaining of standard formats, records.

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engg/Any Diploma/Any Degree

Competencies required for this role

• Knowledge of quality systems like QMS, ISO TS, IATF, EMS & Welding Standards

Skill Technical/Functional:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Lean Manufacturing knowledge, Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9000, Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety Practices Soft: MS Office, SAP, Project Management Attitude POSITIVE ENERGY / OPTIMISTIC
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present data effectively/Analytical skills
