About the job Position: Assistant Manager – Editorial Strategy Experience: 2 to 4 years CTC: Up to INR 7.2L per annum CTC Breakup –80,000 . This is in addition to the above CTC and released upon completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period. City: Delhi Responsibilities: Below are the Key Performance Indicators for the role: New Pitches ➢Acquiring new clients Creative ideation and deep research - Taking end-to-end responsibility of putting together a pitch deck right from getting the right brief from the client to undertaking your research to putting together a content strategy and finally presenting it to the client. Clients don’t know what they want – so your job is to help them figure out what that is, and then get your team to over-deliver on that. Creative thinking - Conceptualizing enthralling campaigns for brands whether it is for a product launch or a topical day right from the creative route to the campaign hashtag to deciding the platforms that we will be focusing on and the duration of the campaign. ➢ Existing clients Growing content marketing efficacy for our marquee clients - Working with a team of strategists to work with some of India’s biggest brands, taking up brand challenges, and growing our business partnerships. Long-term account planning - You will play a major role in ensuring the growth of the brands that are already working with Scatter by being involved in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and measuring the success of these brands vis-à-vis the goal that the client is chasing. Qualification: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in advertising and public relations or digital media will be preferred. You are creative and capable of thinking outside the box. You are structured in your way of working. You can lead by example and connect with clients across the ranks. You are articulate and enjoy pitching your ideas to others. You can multitask and manage working on multiple things at the same time. You are a positive person who values the different opinions, skills, and personalities that others bring to the table. You stay updated with the recent developments in content marketing. You stay aware of content consumption trends among different groups of target audiences. You are willing to go beyond what you are told to do and don’t get overwhelmed by ambiguity. You don’t shy away from the grunt work. And finally, what's it like working with us?
