Job description
The Sales Development Manager is a front line manager whose responsibilities
include:
Managing team of 4-6 Sales Development Rep (corporate and enterprise)
Coaching reps on strategy and technique
Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit
Working with Regional Directors and Managers Corporate Sales on territory
development
Work with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners
What Youll Need:
Minimum of 5 years of closing experience for a technology company
Minimum of 5 years front line sales management
Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO
Track record of leading a successful team
Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
Understands the cybersecurity landscape
Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
Project management experience is a plus
