ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES DESIGNATION:

Assistant Manager - Business Development LOCATION:

New Delhi, East Patel Nagar. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Any Graduate preferably with an MBA or equivalent. EXPERIENCE:

2+ years SALARY:

3.5 LPA - 6 LPA

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ·

Any Graduate

with an MBA or equivalent

with Relevant experience is preferred. Must have completed graduation ·

Minimum 2+ Years of experience as a Business Development Associate/Executive. ·

Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries. ·

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals. ·

Analytical mindset to assess market trends and devise strategic plans. ·

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. Delhi/NCR candidates are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES ·

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment solutions through market research, networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their workforce needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
