Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Chennai. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the product strategy, drive innovation, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
Analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Drive product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating with marketing and sales teams.
Gather customer feedback and insights to iterate on product features and improve user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Technical Skills:
Product Management, Market Research, Product Strategy, Roadmapping, Agile Methodology, User Story Mapping, Stakeholder Management, Product Metrics and KPIs, Go-to-Market Strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
