Position Overview

Joining Square One as a Creative Director means leading a dynamic and talented team in a creative fastpaced environment. As a visionary leader you will partner with crossfunctional departments to transform business and marketing objectives into clear compelling and visually exciting ideas. From managing graphic designs to ensuring brand consistency your role is pivotal in driving the agencys success.

Role & Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership fostering a collaborative environment for generating innovative ideas.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align creative initiatives with business and marketing objectives.

Project Management:

Oversee graphic design projects from conception to delivery ensuring timely and budgetfriendly completion.

Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and monitor project progress.

Brand Consistency:

Enforce brand consistency across all marketing projects maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.

Develop and update a comprehensive brand style guide to guide design decisions.

Communication and Coordination:

Act as a liaison between marketing and design teams ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.

Multimedia Design:

Create diverse materials for print and digital collateral staying abreast of industry trends.

Ensure the agency remains at the forefront of creative innovation in multimedia design

Brand Development:

Collaborate with the brand team to develop and execute ideas for company branding and campaigns.

Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the brands visual identity.

Market Research and Analysis:

Evaluate market trends analyze data and stay uptodate with the latest marketing techniques.

Utilize insights to inform creative strategies and maintain relevance.

Tailored Marketing Plans:

Work closely with clients to understand unique requirements creating and implementing tailored marketing plans.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough quality checks on creative deliverables to meet high standards of excellence.

Implement feedback loops and improvement processes for continuous enhancement.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications demonstrating adaptability.

Media Expertise:

Work with a wide range of media utilizing graphic design software and staying updated on emerging technologies.
