Role Description

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and building long-term business relationships. This is a full-time on-site role located at our Aurangabad facility. The Customer Relationship Executive will also provide assistance and support to the sales and service teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Client Relations skills
• Strong Business Relationship Management skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• must have knowledge about excel and DMS
