Position: Relationship Manager - High Net Worth Individuals (HNI)

Location: Delhi

Shian HR, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a talented Relationship Manager specializing in High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) for our esteemed client. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will excel in acquiring and managing quality HNI clients while leveraging our extensive network, databases, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities:

Actively acquire quality HNI clients through strategic networking, database utilization, and comprehensive market analysis, reflecting Shian HRs commitment to excellence in talent acquisition.

Advocate for our clients Focus Product of the month, effectively communicating its unique benefits and suitability to our valued clients.

Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions using internal software, including CRM systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Demonstrate expertise in selling a diverse range of financial products tailored to HNI clients, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Structured Products, enhancing our clients financial well-being.

Apply industry experience in banking and broking sectors to adeptly manage bank Assets Under Management (AUM) for HNI clients, optimizing investment strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven success in direct sales, particularly in acquiring and nurturing relationships with HNI clients, aligning with Shian HRs commitment to delivering exceptional talent.

Strong networking abilities combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics, enabling strategic client acquisition and retention.

Thorough knowledge of financial products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured Products, reflecting Shian HRs dedication to providing holistic financial solutions.

Previous experience in banking and broking industries, with a focus on managing AUM for HNI clients, is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for building enduring client relationships.

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets in a dynamic and competitive environment.
