1. Heading IT Infrastructure division of the company having sub project based divisions: Enterprise Network, Passive Network, Server & Data Center, Collaboration & A.V., ELV, along with Surveillance & security Solutions.
2. Designing solutions for the clients (Corporate & Government) in close coordination with Sales Head and Technical Project Manager
3. Maintain coordinal relations with the Technical Heads and System Integrators at clients side at multiple locations
4. Overseeing daily Operational activities related to the department
5. Managing cordial relations with senior representatives of OEMs and vendors
6. Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration related documents in coordination with documentation team
7. Interface with various departments such as Purchase, HR, Project Team, Sales, Accounts and Pre-sales
8. Developing complete project SOPs, MIS, and reporting structures and designing processes
9. Design, build, synthesize and implement technical processes that are customized to meet an organizations needs.
10. Guiding multiple IT Infrastructure divisions and their respective Leads: Enterprise Network, Passive Network, Server & Data Center, Collaboration & A.V., BMS, ELV, along with Surveillance & security Solutions.
