Job description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Responsibilities: Manpower Planning: Conduct comprehensive manpower planning to align recruitment strategies with the organization's growth objectives. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various verticals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive advantage in talent acquisition. End-to-End Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process. Talent Pipeline Building: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and industry events. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to senior management. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand to attract top talent. Represent the organization at industry events and participate in networking activities to promote the company as an employer of choice. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and update recruitment processes accordingly. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from Tier 1 College. Proven experience in recruitment and hiring, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong understanding of manpower planning and recruitment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
