Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr Site Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of various projects in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This is a full-time position requiring a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent communication skills.
Qualifications And Skills - B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of industrial projects and construction processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee the construction and maintenance of various projects in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Supervise and manage site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify and address any potential issues
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective construction strategies and plans

Experience- Min. 5+ yrs in Industrial Projects
Responsibilities -- Execution of projects as per given drawing with the best quality work.
- Assisting in material procurement.
- Housekeeping, material management at site.
- Preparing running bills/JMR/MB in given periods.
- Prepare COP for the payments of vendors and labours.
- Detailed drawing reading, estimation, preparation of Boq, MOC.
- Infrastructure development work, like residential colony ,road work , Rcc structural work , Rcc
drain, industrial structures etc.
